Jharna Jagtiani

Ms. Jharna Jagtiani is an Assistant Dean - Career Services & Placement at Vinayaka Mission's Law School with over 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor, Trainer, and Corporate Consultant. She is a qualified lawyer and certified mediator by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, GOI. She specializes in training professionals on various legal subject matters, compliance, regulatory advocacy, and soft skills. Her work as a mediator and online dispute resolution consultant involves assisting start-ups and small to medium-sized enterprises with internal management and consumer dispute resolution systems. Jharna is also the co-founder of the Prerna Foundation, a socio-legal initiative aimed at providing easier access to justice for people. Additionally, she is a startup consultant at Pixilets and has been associated with several educational institutions and organizations. Her training methodology includes interactive presentations, facilitator-led discussions, group discussions, psychometric tests, games, and activities, followed by debriefing and feedback sessions. Recently, Jharna was awarded the “Nari Shakti Samman Award” for women's empowerment at Jan’ki Conclave and Award 2021 - 2022.
